A pot of gold

Oct 13, 2020 | Junior Touch, Senior Touch

Under a beautiful rainbow, Mudgee Touch Association commenced its 2020-21 season.

Much has changed in the seven months since the whistle was blown full-time at the club’s grand final day in March but, as seen on the first night of competition, people were excited and keen to get back on the touch field.

The Covid-19 health pandemic has forced our way life to change dramatically, and Mudgee Touch is not immune. Social distancing, QR codes and hand sanitiser has meant Mudgee Touch will look and feel different. However, the fun, social and family-orientated atmosphere has not changed.

This season there are 30 men and women’s teams, 35 mixed teams and 30 junior sides taking to the field with more than 700 people having already registered prior to the first round.
