For the first time in more than 22 years, Mudgee Touch has won a NSW Touch country title.

The women’s 30s took out the country championships in Tuggerah with a 4-1 win over Wallsend in the final. It capped off a tremendous weekend for the female Mudcrabs as they went through the tournament undefeated.

The last time Mudgee won a NSW Touch country title was in 1998 when the Mudcrabs won the mixed seniors competition.
